Leadership Across Borders ((LAB) is the flagship program of Matadors Leadership Institute and is incorporated in the USA as a non-profit.
LAB is committed to nurturing a new generation of leaders across Africa. Our mission is to create a community of service-oriented young leaders across higher institutions of learning, guiding them to become catalysts for innovation and change using the Sustainable Development Goals as a working document.
